What size are your posters?

All posters are 8x10 inches:)

What are the shipping details for your shop?

We ship our products directly to the address entered at checkout.

In the event that there is an incomplete address and/or the item is shipped back to us, we will alert the buyer and need to change the address. The buyer will be responsible for any new shipping costs necessary.

In the event that the item cannot be shipped due to missing details in the address, we will email the buyer asking for the complete address. We are unable to ship the item until the buyer responds and the address is fully complete.

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel any order as long as it has not been shipped.

How long will it take for my print to ship?

Our current processing time is 1-3 days. Once your order has been shipped, MyGoldenCo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. As soon as the package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS and all claims must be filed through them.

Can I change my address?

If an address needs to be changed after purchase, it is the buyer’s responsibility to alert MyGoldenCo the change in address BEFORE the shipping label has been printed. We are not responsible for address changes after the shipping label is printed and cannot provide a refund/exchange due to change in address.

Please ensure that all essential details that you want on the print are included in the comment section. Our team will communicate with you via email to discuss the process of payment and submitting photos/references.

Concert Customs- please include the artist's name, location, date, tour name, and any other information you would like on the print. We will include the details that you provide.
