Shipping policy
Shipping Time?
Our current processing time is 1-3 days. Once your order has been shipped, MyGoldenCo is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. As soon as the package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS and all claims must be filed through them.
Changed Address?
All of our items ship to the address that is put in during the time of purchase. In the case that it is missing information, we reach out to the buyer.
If an address needs to be changed after purchase, it is the buyer’s responsibility to alert MyGoldenCo the change in address BEFORE the shipping label has been printed. We are not responsible for address changes after the shipping label is printed and cannot provide a refund/exchange due to change in address.
Liability
Since our shop covers all printing, shipping, and protective costs, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages after it leaves our care. We are unable to give refunds/send replacements in the event that a package is stolen or lost in the mail.
